"I've been with State Farm for 20+ years. This was my very first accident! Of course it was a total loss accident. I've never been through something like this before. I must have stopped in 4 times at Brian's office in DuBois. Mario was always right there as I walked in, ready and willing to help me. He even offered to leave himself a reminder to take the totaled car off my policy, if it didn't automatically come off after I got my settlement payment! Honestly, who does that??? Mario, apparently! "Brian and the other two agents I’ve spoken to, Mario and Morgan, are absolutely excellent. Very kind and personable people which I so appreciate (who wants to deal with rude corporate attitudes, not me!) especially in such a stressful time for me. Believe it or not my car quite literally burst into flames…yes, you read that right: it spontaneously combusted! They helped me quickly get the car towed when the claim agent was taking awhile to get back to me, leaving us out in the rain next to the burnt vehicle! They offered a lot of comforting words and a few witty jokes that helped me get through the chaos of the subsequent days following the event. Brian even gave me his cell phone number to reach him outside of office hours about my situation. My payout happened faster than I expected thanks to their help in moving everything along. I can’t thank you guys enough for everything!"

"From an individual who rarely leaves reviews, I am absolutely infuriated with this office. I have been a loyal State Farm customer for 20 years, an ever since the current "management " has taken over this office, I have had nothing but problems. I am currently going on 7 months of receiving incorrect documents due to a simple address change . I have reached out multiple times, to only been met with false promises of correcting my issue . Extremely frustrating."
